Hi! My name is Thanasi Psofios and I am your host for the BOUZOUKI HOUR WITH THE GREEK. My co-host is Mama Denas.

The music we play are popular Greek songs from the past and present with many famous singers/artists who are well known for their music. The Greek culture is alive with Greek music. Many of the songs have instrumental bouzouki music in their songs.

Classic, current, and local punk/hardcore, post-punk, shoegaze, power-pop, and everything in between.

Playing a bunch of 50s and 60s every Monday morning from 6-8am.

Each episode will be focused on one artist and the first five years of their musical career. We'll hear about their beginnings, evolution, influences, and listen to a bunch of amazing songs. 

A Late Night Show where just about anything goes. There are two rules: vinyl only and limited, nerdy dialog. The content changes, so if you are adventurous, check in weekly to see what is spinning. It would be easier for me to tell you what I will not play (The Eagles and Supertramp are outlawed...) so realize I am open to just about any song, band, genre, style, or theme as long as FCC regulations are not infringed upon. (I would hate to upset the community of ROC City!)

Punk rock and hard-edged rock 'n' roll spanning multiple eras into the present day.

"Music from an Infinite Universe" is intended to showcase music from...well...everywhere. (Though I'm still waiting on that CD I ordered from the Crab Nebula.) Each week, I'll be presenting music with a theme. I may focus on a songwriter, a performer, a country. Music from video games. TV show themes. Music about cats. These kinds of topics and more will be covered. (No, I haven't scheduled the show about cats, yet.

We all find our outlets in different ways. Some people work out, others drink heavily. I get my weekly dose of therapy by playing some of my favorite music for you for two hours a week.

Tune in for an hour of indie-rock, indie-pop, and associated genres. Then it's emo f. If you're not familiar with either, we'll explore a variety of the styles that fit into those two genres, from quiet and folky to airy and atmospheric to loud and aggressive.

Radio Free Paul, hosted by DJ Paul - playing every Tuesday, from 4 pm to 6 pm - is a music show, encompassing all forms of music, and exciting commentary. Usually, the music is hooked to some kind of theme, and I will try and get as much local music on as possibe

Join Donny Watkins as he spins music from the glory days of Rock N’ Roll.  Glitter, guitar solos, high heel boots and more glitter. We're talkin' the sleaziest, greasiest, takin it easiest Rock N' Roll known to man. 

This 60-minute lunchtime program is dedicated (but not limited to) the genre of African music known as Kizomba.
Elyse will feature a wide variety of kizomba, semba, zouk, and afrohouse music, in an effort to introduce listeners to the music that has captured her heart.

Pairs best with early morning sunlight, half open eyes and the promise of breakfast. Stay in bed a little longer with some lazy riffs and daydream mists coming to you from your local sad girl : ' ) Ft. mostly female, queer, and non-binary identifying artists with a few boys sprinkled in.

Join Becky and Joe on Tuesdays from 10 to 11 pm for shimmery, atmospheric shoegaze and dream pop. Expect distortion, washed-out vocals, and ethereal sounds featuring artists like Cocteau Twins, My Bloody Valentine, Beach House, and Slowdive, also featuring artists influential to the genre.

This show is dedicated to the use of the human voice as an instrument. The show will pull from Americana, Blues, Bluegrass, Folk, Gospel, Jazz singing, Reggae, Rock, R&B, Soul and even some plain old weird singing. Diversity for the ears. The show will draw heavily on LP records that bring forth the warmth of sound (and a crackle or pop or two) that can be missed in some of the more modern formats.

Weepy Wednesday is a morning music show with a running theme of crying. This includes songs about crying, songs that make you cry, songs that sound like crying, and songs with subject matter that inspires crying. The bulk of songs played are 50s, 60s, and 70s pop, rock, country and soul, with other eras and genres peppered in.
