Interview with CaTyra Polland

CaTyra Polland is a published author, entrepreneur, editor and instructor. She earned a M.A. (Criminal Justice) from SUNY Albany and B.A. from University at Buffalo (Sociology/Spanish). Her debut book, Professionalism, What’s That? and the workbook companion are available on Amazon (paperback or e-book). CaTyra is the Founder/CEO of Career Prep and Polland Enterprises, LLC. She is a 2018 Rochester Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree and a Point of Light honoree. She founded Rochester On Deck, a LinkedIn interview series featuring local residents doing good in the community. She also founded Writer’s Paradise, a writing forum for current and aspiring writers and authors. The inaugural Writer’s Paradise was held September 2018 at Writers & Books.
