Nancy Steinkamp, MS, CTRS is a certified journal writing instructor, who has studied with the Center for Journal Therapy and the Therapeutic Writing Institute. She began writing at age 10 and her personal journal has been with her through all of life’s peaks and valleys, including her work as a recreation therapist with people of diverse backgrounds. Nancy was a 2018 Listen to Your Mother cast member performing her piece Do You Wanna Sleep Over? about being an older mom. Through her business, Wisdom Writing (www.wisdomwriting.org) she leads a variety of expressive writing workshops.
