blud: An Interview with Rachel McKibbens

About Rachel McKibbens:

Rachel McKibbens is a poet, activist, playwright, essayist, winner of the Women of the World Poetry Slam, and two-time New York Foundation for the Arts poetry fellow. She is the author of four books of poetry: Pink Elephant, Into the Dark and Emptying Field, which was a finalist for the Paterson Literary Prize, the chapbook Mammoth, and most recently, blud. She is the founder of The Pink Door, an annual writing retreat open exclusively to women of color, and co-owner of The Spirit Room. She lives in Rochester, New York.
