Dr. Toots delights in all things dapper, vintage and retro. After stints in New York City and San Francisco, Dr. Toots has returned home to Rochester, because, well... it's got it! Dr. Toots enjoys rooting for the 49ers, sipping on a fine Boulevardier and sometimes performing stand-up around town.
