  • Episode 306: Rape Culture Aired: Wednesday, September 26, 2018

Well, Space Cadets, we have a tougie today.... Trying to kick it off light with talk if troubled dreams and a good news update about that group of disgusting anti-choice protesters we talked about last week, it's a quick and deep dive into a discussion of rape culture and the need to believe women. Just do it, ok--just believe women. If not for yourself and them, for us. Today's TMBG DAS is, appropriately, "Lake Monsters." There's no hypnosis like a mass hypnosis 'cause a mass hypnosis isn't happenin'.

  • Episode 305: LaCrooooix Aired: Wednesday, September 19, 2018

We got a pretty straightforward one for you today, Space Cadets! Ross is back from Hawaii so we are talking vacation time funtime! And stars, too! Let you think we've gone all soft, however, we're also pretty damned angry so.... You know.

The new TMBG DAS WAYO SoT intro is HERE! And this week's song is "The Communists Have the Music."

  • Episode 304: DJHZ Redux Aired: Wednesday, September 12, 2018

  • Episode 303: Moby Dick Ain't Rock 'n' Roll Aired: Wednesday, September 5, 2018

Whoa.... holy. Space Cadets. It's hot. It's so hot. So much effluvium..... so many miasma. But that's not stopping us from bringing you and all new Sound of Tomorrow today! Kicking it off with Tales from Fan Expo (Spoiler: everyone was really nice) and segueing seamlessly (nope. that's a lie) into a discussion of making spaces more comfortable for our non-binary pals, the first half even runs a week bit long! Part two is books books books and more book! Because we know you love it when we talk about books.... <3 Next week, DJ HZ returns! Got a request?

  • Episode 302: Potpourri Part III Aired: Wednesday, August 29, 2018

We're cleaning house on today's new Sound of Tomorrow, digging deep into our bags of saved-up notes and pulling out only the best leftovers for YOU! We kick it off with some follow up from past shows and then we're onto Conversational Narcissism (but aren't we always?). Note: we're not corporate shills for Olive Garden. After the TMBG DAS, Last Wave Alternate Version, we're back with books books book! Tossing out a few fun facts about weird or not so weird stuff people do in farewell, we gotta make make way for Music Matters! Because, indeed, it does.

  • Episode 301: Spacecat Spot Aired: Wednesday, August 22, 2018

Hey, Space Cadet. Babe with the Power here. It's been a hell of a go lately..... But still, we solder on with a brand net SoT for you. Starting off sad (like, really sad. Like, I'm crying typing this.) with a eulogy for my beautiful Major Spot, the street cat toughie with a heart of gold. God particle, everyone is going to miss that guy.... We wipe away the tears and round out act one screaming into the void in classic SoT style. Got some leftover phone calls from 300 for the middle break and then we're off to the races with a discussion of trans men's perspectives on cultural sexism.

  • Episode 300: The 300th Show! Aired: Wednesday, August 15, 2018

Ah, Space Cadets, we're practically breaking our arms patting ourselves on the back in this very special nearly-all-old Episode 300 of The Sound of Tomorrow! We have music, we have live show clips, we have the first skit we ever did as bitty baby podcasters, we had a whole lot more but the show is only an hour long! And it goes pretty quickly when we're laughing at our own jokes! Won't you laugh with us, too? In Episode 300, there's only a leetle Liberal Weenie bit at the top! After that, as the song says, the fun never ends. Until the show is done, that is.

  • Episode 229.5: Almost 300 Aired: Wednesday, August 8, 2018

Wellll, we didn't quite make it to 300 today, Space Cadets. You know how sometimes we can't quite get our stuff together? Yeah.... it was basically that. But all is not lost (no, not yet)! Episode 299.5 is here for YOU! We're talking thirsty thirsty science news! We're talking ROGUE PLANETS! We're talking privilege galore (robot-hugs.com)! It's exactly as exciting as it sounds so tune in now!

    TMBG DAS:"Unctuous Robot."

  • Episode 299: Fear of a Porn Planet Aired: Wednesday, August 1, 2018

Here at episode 299, we've got a big show ready to go! We kick off the hour with tales on Heather's recent adventures (mostly swearing and screaming) and we keep right on that theme of swearing and screaming right into a discussion of how it might sound were we to try have a "civil" conversation with a racist. After the TMBG DAS "John Postal," we're back with sexxy doctors and a steamy discussion of porn (Haha, it's not steamy. Come on. You've heard us talk about porn before.).

  • Episode 298: Austin Rich Aired: Wednesday, July 25, 2018

Ooo, Space Cadets have we got a treat for you today as we are joined via telephonic connection (which remained unbroken the entire time, thank you very much) all the way from Salem, OR by the wonderful Austin Rich, host of radio program Mid-Valley Mutations, podcasts WTBC Radio in Beautiful Anywhere, Anywhen and  Wait, We're Recording, Right, zine creator, musician, and all around great guy!
