Kind of a Rock week in ROC. Played hookey from work Friday morning to prerecord my show and I kind of just chose a starting song, and let everything unfurl from there :) That song happened to be Big Thief's new surprise single "Not" which features Adrianne Lenker absolutely shredding in a very Neil Young tumbleweed-on-fire kinda way, and I just wanted to hear as many songs with that vibe as possible :) This weeks set features the gritty talents of Eerie Wanda, Possible Humans, Pink Floyd at their most low slung, Courtney Barnett, and even some friggin Primus.
