Jump Blues is an exploration of the wide-range of eras and styles which encompass the Blues genre, 100 years of American music. That includes Country Blues, Electric Blues, Zydeco, Boogie-Woogie, and Blues Rock, however the common thread will be uptempo tunes which you can dance to and might hear in a Juke Joint or roadhouse.     This episode we feature LIVE music from Genesee Johnny and his friend on harmonica, Tim Brinduse.  They play some great tunes from their imminent cd release, Homegrown!  We also pay tribute to Gregg Allman who passed away last week with some of his solo work and his legendary tunes with the Allman Brothers.   Another fantastic episode of JumpBlues!!
