We're back with an all new Sound of Tomorrow and we'd like to remind you THE INTERNET HAS MANY LISTS OF RAT NAMES. You know I'll listen back..... but not right away.

Of Montreal with "Bassam Sabry" was the music break.

After last week's very special John Linnell ep, Ross and Heather are back with the first official Sound of Tomorrow of 2020! And also, it's David Bowie's birthday or, well, this is the podcast so it was yesterday. And tomorrow is...... ok, well, we can keep our crying to ourselves, now, can't we (no, we can't.). BUT! Happy 2020! In this exciting episode, we're talking health news, Womanikins, New Year's resolutions (phweet!), and internet manipulation! Oh yeah.

Space Cadets, we're kicking 2020 off right with today's episode! That's right--Ross is OOO this week so Heather is joined in the studio by her partner in all things TMBG, Woody Battaglia, to play yes, that's right, the recording of their interview with John Linnell of They Might Be Giants! As you might imagine, this interview was one of the best things that could ever happen to these two TMBG lifelong fans.

Wow, Space Cadets, it is COLD but the Sound of Tomorrow is on FIRE! Especially Ross which is why he's repeatedly trying to stuff Heather into a black plastic bag. In today's exciting episode, we're revisiting our baby podcaster days with a trip down memory lane! Very trendy, yes? After hearing The Cleaners From Venus with "Every Light In This House," we're back with another longer-than-expected HOT PICKS segment. Will we ever be warm again?

  • Episode 368: Little Miss P Aired: Wednesday, December 4, 2019

Here we are again, it's an all new Sound of Tomorrow! In this exciting episode, we're discussing Period Badges and Porch Pirates! Plus, of course, neighborhood pages online, what a nightmare! After a little musical break, Ross is bored by the article on office talk so his Hot Picks turns quickly into Rant Pants. Looks for our Crampsy merch coming soon and a shout out to our beloved Canadian Girlfriend Daughter!

Happy Tofurkey Day, Space Cadets! In this very disorganized and yet still brand new Sound of Tomorrow, we're gobbling about the War on Thanksgiving and Therapy Speak in the first half of the show. And the second half? Yeah, it's all HOT PICKS!

A reminder: In the immortal words of Celibate Commandos, "It's Thanksgiving / Thanks for what / People die from programs cut / A rich man's holiday it really sucks / It's Thanksgiving / Thanks for WHAT!?"
