Wellll, we didn't quite make it to 300 today, Space Cadets. You know how sometimes we can't quite get our stuff together? Yeah.... it was basically that. But all is not lost (no, not yet)! Episode 299.5 is here for YOU! We're talking thirsty thirsty science news! We're talking ROGUE PLANETS! We're talking privilege galore (robot-hugs.com)! It's exactly as exciting as it sounds so tune in now!
TMBG DAS:"Unctuous Robot."
Here at episode 299, we've got a big show ready to go! We kick off the hour with tales on Heather's recent adventures (mostly swearing and screaming) and we keep right on that theme of swearing and screaming right into a discussion of how it might sound were we to try have a "civil" conversation with a racist. After the TMBG DAS "John Postal," we're back with sexxy doctors and a steamy discussion of porn (Haha, it's not steamy. Come on. You've heard us talk about porn before.).
Ooo, Space Cadets have we got a treat for you today as we are joined via telephonic connection (which remained unbroken the entire time, thank you very much) all the way from Salem, OR by the wonderful Austin Rich, host of radio program Mid-Valley Mutations, podcasts WTBC Radio in Beautiful Anywhere, Anywhen and Wait, We're Recording, Right, zine creator, musician, and all around great guy!
For the first time ever, it's The Sound of Tomorrow Pride Dance Party where we went through our music collections and brought out some of our very favorite songs by LGBTQIA+ artists to play for YOU! Want more DJ duos from us so we'll shut up for once? If yes, drop us a line at jimmyspaceboy@gmail.com or leave us a message at 585-542-5502! Also do that if no.
Happy Pride, Space Cadets!

We're back at the glamorous WAYO 104.3 studios with an all new Sound of Tomorrow! Kicking it off big with a discussion of A Trump Voter in Heather's Life (how angry are we all the time? Answer: very. All the time.) in Part 1, we lighten it up a little for Part 2 where we're talking about saying "thank you" instead of "sorry." It's nice idea, huh? And we wrap it all up with a big discussion of gendered voices on your GPS, your Siri, you Alexa, what have you. No--what have you? Looking for reccs.

What's that you hear? The sweet sweet Sound of Tomorrow? That's right! We're back in the studio with our usual angry tirades plus.... BUTTS! In this exciting episode, after some primary election news, we discuss the recent spate of white women calling the police on black children who are doing NOTHING wrong. It's just racism, right? The answer is that simple? But don't worry! After the TMBG DAS "The Neck Rolls Aren't Working," we're back with, yes, as promised..... BUTTS! Space Cadets, do you suffer from Polished Anus Syndrome?
Ah, Space Cadets.... you know we try to keep it light.... and we fail.... but we can't not talk about the thousands of children who have been ripped from their loving families are are currently being held in concentration camps. This is horrific and nauseating and, sad to say, exactly what the Trump supporters in my life wanted to happen.
Welp, it finally happened, Space Cadets. We both forgot how to think on the same exact day. So--welcome to an all new, all tail-chasing Sound of Tomorrow! Ross has donned his best rainbow Speedo for Pride and we're off to the races with a RuPaul Recap and a brand new topic: things kind of suck for cishet men, too. You didn't think we'd say it, huh? After the TMBG DAS "Corrupted Lyle," we're bringing it down ('cause you know we can't help it) talking about depression and what "get help" can sound like at look like at times.
Starting the show off right with some classic ghosting with the mosting, it's an all new Sound of Tomorrow! Act 1 includes our new segment entitled "Rochester! You're Doing it Wrong!" and then we're on with a little voting news. We ran over the half-hour mark talking body positivity but don't worry! There's still the TMBG DAS to come! Wait? What? No? There's not? Don't worry.... we'll have more TMBG next week!
